Hi there! I'm a Nail Technician based out of Western Massachusetts specializing in hand painted art! My goal is to give all my clients the best quality nails, a great experience and their dream claws! 💅🏼🔅 Thank you for booking with Autumn Nails All new clients must come to their first appointment with BARE nails. I do not work over other tech's work, i will soak off acrylics, but you will be charged $30 an hour and it can take 2-3 hours depending on what acrylic you have on your nails. I do not do gel nail removals. DEPOSIT POLICY: In order to book an appointment, a deposit will be required. The deposit secures your spot for the date time and service. The deposit will be taken off of the total cost of your service. A deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE if : -you do not show up to your appointment. -you are more than 15 minutes late. -you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. -you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times. There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. Any later than 15 minutes after your appointment time will be an automatic cancellation/No Show and you will not be allowed to rebook. Deposits are non-transferable to other clients. If you cancel your appointment before my 24 hour window, you will receive your deposit back. If you reschedule before my 24 hour window, your deposit will be moved to your new appointment and you will not have to re-deposit. If you reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour window to then cancel your next appointment, you will not receive your deposit back.Business Hours
