Hi there! I'm a Nail Technician based out of Western Massachusetts specializing in hand painted art! My goal is to give all my clients the best quality nails, a great experience and their dream claws! 💅🏼🔅 Thank you for booking with Autumn Nails All new clients must come to their first appointment with BARE nails. I do not work over other tech's work, i will soak off foreign acrylics, but you will be charged $30 an hour and it can take 2-3 hours depending on what acrylic you have on your nails. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY:
In order to book an appointment, a deposit will be required. The deposit secures your spot for the date time and service. The deposit will be taken off of the total cost of your service.
A deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE if :
-you do not show up to your appointment.
-you are more than 15 minutes late.
-you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.
-you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times.
There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. Any later than 15 minutes after your appointment time will be an automatic cancellation/No Show and you will not be allowed to rebook.
Deposits are non-transferable to other clients. If you cancel your appointment before my 48 hour window, you will receive your deposit back. If you reschedule before my 48 hour window, your deposit will be moved to your new appointment and you will not have to re-deposit.
If you reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour window, to then cancel your next appointment, you will not receive your deposit back.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have put down the deposit, the deposit will go toward that 50% cancellation fee.
If your deposit has not been paid by a week before your scheduled appointment, i will contact you with a link to pay it. If i have not heard back from you within 24 hours of contacting you, your appointment will be cancelled immediately.
